AutomaTech GE Digital Training Overview
AutomaTech is a GE Digital certified STEP (Strategic Training and Education Partner) training center. Our Classroom Training courses provide our customers with a comprehensive level of instruction on how to use their GE Digital products most effectively. Each course is taught by expert GE certified instructors, who work directly with participants in a hands-on classroom atmosphere providing a highly interactive educational experience.
AutomaTech Classroom Training is held throughout the year and offered as Distance Learning (online classes) and in-person classes. Below is a list of available classes, click the links to view course descriptions and other important class details. To view our class schedule and to register, click on "Events Calendar" below.
Payment will be billed in advance with Check, Credit Card or Invoice.
Check or PO: Those wishing to pay via check or invoice must email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 508-830-0088 option 4. Once payment has been received, you will be added to the class registration list.
Credit Card: Find your class on the Event Calendar below and register on the classes website only if you are paying with a credit card.
Solution Provider or OEM:
If you are a Solution Provider or OEM and will be using one of your free training seats, please contact the Inside Sales team at email@example.com. Once free seat is confirmed with GE, you will be registered for the training class.
The CIMPLICITY HMI/SCADA Fundamentals course is an entry-level course focusing on the multiple aspects of project configuration.
The Historian Fundamentals course focuses on system architectures, installation methods, configuration guidelines, administrative tools, and best practices for a successful Historian implementation.
The HMI/SCADA iFIX Advanced course is designed to pick up where the iFIX Fundamentals course leaves off.
The HMI/SCADA iFIX Fundamentals course is designed to provide a good working knowledge of iFIX.
The Operations Hub Fundamentals course is designed to provide students with the ability to implement, configure and design Operations Hub to provide visualization solutions. All major features of the product are covered.
Plant Applications Fundamentals will teach students how to configure and maintain Plant Applications from GE Digital.
The Using VBA with iFIX course is designed for those who wish to acquire a basic knowledge of Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) within iFIX.
